10. Books about  Dutch history and the FR

  

Het Staatse Leger IX is the last one from the series about the Dutch army of the Republic; starting in 1568 at the beginning of the 80 Years War it lasted until 1795. Sadly the part about the French revolutionary period is a rehash of the Sabron book.

Both books are the same subject and same writer. The first one mentioned above is an expanded English version.
